Removing Sequence from Gallery (Save Now)

Two months later after opening a trouble ticket, I now have an answer for which uploads in my gallery violate le rules and just as I feared it's a sequence that a lot seemed to enjoy (and was one of my personal favorites as well).

After a few days I will be deleting this sequence from my gallery:

They failed to give me a reason, so I'm just left to assume some pokemon = bad. I'm not going to fight or rant about this, I just don't agree with it. I will continue to allow pokemon commissions in the future, I just won't post them here.

I have decided I am going to fully upload my whole gallery to Itaku (this deleted sequence included). I'll make another journal once I've moved all submissions over but I'm going to treat it as a backup location for when FA shits the bed.

According to new FA rules any pokemon character is considered underage, no matter how they're drawn.

Frankly, everything that was up before their idiotic and honestly biased rule came into play should be safe. The fact that it isn't shows what a personal crusade against certain series, artstyles and body types this really is.

It's not any, it's just the "baby pokemon" which according to the article from one of the staff is labled as: "common canonical inclusions would be “baby Pokémon” such as Pichu, Mime Jr., Riolu, and Smoochum, other Pokémon such as Cubchoo, Cubone, Torchic, Ralts, Eevee, and Gothita, and Digmon such as Agumon, Impmon, Gatomon, and Veemon as these characters have childlike proportions or look like adolescent humans or animals."

i think the worst part at least for me is that just before this happened, i got 2 eevee adopts (both of which i like and had plans to use likely in something nsfw eventually), which i am worried about even uploading their refs now, because both are "nude" (no nsfw parts but are still technically naked, and with how vague the ruling is i am just not sure). i am especially scared because worried because eevee was one of the ones they specifically called out as a no go.

So as long as either either Eevee don't have a trace of their dick in references, you'll be fine.

well you can use the spottedsqueaks fa downloader and reupload your art automatically using postybirb (hopefully with some delay so your art gets more exposure on itaku)

Looking at the rules and the art I can see why. Riolu is seen as a "baby" pokemon. Not saying I agree, but I get it.

It amazes me that despite sites like Twitter or DA getting worse and worse (making this a golden opportunity to get more members), FA staff will instead opt to shoot themselves in the foot and drive people away.

Also despite this I still vastly prefer FA as a platform to follow artists, Twitter and DA are genuinely awful and Itaku still isn't popular enough.
