My day started around the usual 4 this morning, a little later than I would have approve of to be honest. I've started to notice a difference in the way I act since I got here, slowing down and growing complacent. Most of the others already bring their phones to the school house but I still leave mine back. I really don't see a reason to take it, it's just more of a chance to catch the smoke with little payoff. Plus, with the current lessons it's important to pay attention while in class.
Class has been flying by, to be honest, with the current lessons on sub-netting and networking in general. It has peaked my interest being one of the several lessons I chose this for. Unfortunately, final form and bus form are still just as tedious as ever. Most of them honestly feel pointless, but I just remind myself of the importance of drill and ceremony. From there my free time was mostly doom scrolling after I knocked out a quick hr CQ . Got a little pissed, because my CQ partner chose to go to mail call instead of his CQ duty but that wasn't nearly as bad as I figured it would be . I imagined he'd have us doing pushups until bed checks, but he was super cool and just had us clean the van.
When my shift was over I linked up with some friends and got some pizza off them, We hung out for a bit before heading back up to our barracks. I worked a bit on some story points for a SWTOR character I'm writing about and browsed FA. I've also about finished the descriptive paper for a fursona I wanna commission a ref sheet for. I'm holding off till I find an artist I really like and I have a bit more cash before I actual commission the art. Things seem to be coming together to be honest. Now if I could just put myself to bed earlier I could probly increase my work ethics. Good nite!!!
