she was awesome as HQ. the story goes that her best friend in college was Paul Dini and he saw her in a performance once on the soap opera Days of our lives, and Arleen was in a dream sequence and playing a court jester. When Dini went on to do the Batman TAS series and needed talent........... he called Arleen and asked her to tryout for Harley. The rest is his-try.

Arleen stuck with her mad Brooklyn accent and thats what really got Paul Dini's attention.... you dont expect Quinn to be that uncouth and wild and savage since she used to be a pretty laid back and .....gotta use it, MILD MANNERED.... psychologist.

so yeah Arleen in some ways was a lot like Conroy.... she made Quinn just like Conroy made Batman.

You know, I was looking at her IMDB and I realized I had actually been exposed to her BEFORE B:TAS, when she was co-hosting America's Funniest People with Dave Coolier.

yeah she had a pretty long career...she was in TV in her 20s if i recall.
