Let's talk. Theme for today - scammers.
My friend on the weekend was subjected to scam attempts related to the commission, 7 cases in 2 days in Discord. Either some gang is operating, or they are individuals and this has its successes.
These are not artists, they mostly write in Discord to those who take commissions, throw a pack of random art without signatures and say that they can draw a commission, rubbing into trust.
Tell about your similar cases, if there were any, or the cases of your friends. I want to know the scale of the problem.

No link to any other site they are on, some don't even have any art on their account.
Persons who claim to have drawn art and model 3d art. Also having an artstation account that always changes names when they are successful or not. Funnyly enough easily spoted because the link reveals the old / original name they used the first time.
They try to be persuasive and even offering partial payment.
"Hello. How are you? I'm an artist by the way! Would you like to commission me?"
When asked for a portfolio, they'd just dump a bunch of 'art', or they link a twitter and/or instagram.
Some of these have been from the official FA discord and yet still have no FA accounts to show when asked.
