moving forward - the update, about tf/tg

i linked to this journal on my hostile-elf account, so if you're here from that, hello! i've decided that i'm going to walk away from transformation for good, it's just not for me anymore - i wish that someone had told me years ago that it would've made a noticeable impact on my physical and mental health, but i don't necessarily regret drawing that first sequence. what i do regret is not expressing my sincere gratitude to every kind person i've met through tf/tg in that first journal i made announcing my break.
i'm sorry if this is a disappointment to anyone... but again, i'm truly grateful for the kindness i've been shown, and the couple friends i've made! you are all wonderful and i don't take that for granted <3 no one is at fault for me losing interest in tf/tg, it's just something i had a casual interest in for a while and then lost the passion for as burn out took over. as i've told others, my art just started to look ugly to me, and i want to make quality artwork that both myself and others can enjoy!
i'm not really sure what to do with my hostile-elf account as of right now... it'll be hard to post normal content on there, since it's kind of the tf/tg account in my eyes. i thought about deleting it entirely but walked back on that decision - i don't think i'll be active on there anymore, but i'll still leave all the artwork up for everyone to continue viewing. but until further notice, consider the hostile-elf account dead.
that all being said, i'm going to continue doing what i enjoy from now on, which is designing adoptables and fun ychs, as well as posting fanart content and WIPs onto patreon! not sure if anyone has seen it, but i'm waiting on at least 5 patrons to pledge so i can begin monthly fanart voting. $3/mo tier patrons get to vote for anything, so long as the character is 18+! and art will be posted on there for $1/mo patrons and up before being posted publicly after a week! my interests change a lot, so you might not see any art from your favorite fandom for a while, but fanart voting is your chance to see stuff you like while i'm drawing the stuff i like! i'm still working it out, and i'm not sure how i like it so far, but i don't dislike it. if any of this interests you, please consider pledging, i'm open to ideas and feedback! https://www.patreon.com/hostile_elf
