I was really not prepared for this x-x not usually one to be paying attention to the numbers but 500 watchers feels like a whole lot ^//w//^
I do really need to upload a lot of my backlog still! There's a lot of things I'd like to do, and making short stories/drabbles/descriptions for all the work I've commissioned is certainly still the big one ^.^ Sorry that it's taking so long for those super looking forward to it! It's just really intimidating sometimes, the number has grown bigger than I usually would like to mention but it's um, over 120 works to go >.> I'll get to them all,, slowlyyyy. I've certainly considered just uploading them and making the stories for them later, but it feels not 'personal' enough for me. My approach to working with art I get is that I'd like it to mean something more than just my own personal horny wants/needs, whether that be for the mutual enjoyment of others, or to commemorate something between me and friends, or as something more significant. Which is why I expend the effort I do! I do feel guilty though, in the sense that I have a lot of non-uploaded art from incredible artists that deserve significantly more support and spotlight. Probably just an anxiety though ^//^
Other things... I do enjoy FA as a place for me to be more ~private~ on social media and not overwhelm myself so I wouldn't say I'll be involving myself a whole lot more than how I am now. But I would like to hear feedback/things you'd like to see!! Mostly out of curiosity's sake but I'm also kind of getting used to communicating with a 'follower base' of sorts >w<
Another big thing I need to do is rework my main page. It's not that I'd like it to be more descriptive persay, but gosh I need to put in the work to personalize it and make it more of a space that feels affirming for me. Also needs additional disclaimers ">~<
As for the bigger stories I get to finishing once in a long while, I am working on a few but the progress has been slow. Especially since the writing time I set aside is the exact same time I spend writing for uploads or doing other personal work. I'm pretttty busy. Also curious to hear what you'd all like to see there though.
Finally, in terms of where you'd like to contact or see me elsewhere (an intimidatingly large request in notes), I'll say I'll make a cohost. Eventually. I do like blogging and putting my thoughts and feelings to the void the way I used to on tumblr, and twitter before I grew to dislike the site too much xD, but right now it's not a priority. I don't plan on jumping to any other social media site for anything other than business, as I'd still like to keep things really contained. I'd also like to humbly request that if you're curious about approaching me privately on Discord, please understand that my time I'm privileged enough to spend with others is very much filled up in a practical sense. I don't mean to be intimidating and I do respond to friend requests and the like but pursuing more relationships is something I'm no longer able to handle.
Thank you for all the watches though. I'm glad you all seem to like the stuff I write and comm, and I hope to bring more joy, fun, and pleasure in the future.
