my first Con in a few weeks

as the name of the journal suggests, in a little under three weeks I'll be going to my first ever fur con! I'll be attending furpocalypse at the end of the month in south Connecticut. maybe I'll see some names I recognize there, but either way I'm looking forward to it since this is also going to by my first ever 'personal' vacation as well.
Personally, I have never regretted attending a single FurCon. Definitely some great memories to hold on to. And the cons, themselves, can be fairly budgeted vacations, too. It is the real world expenses that try and take all the money away. (Those event hotel rooms do like to charge a ton.) And I'm sure someone remembers the golden rule about sleep/meals/shower. And was it to bring lots of Vitamin D? As Con Crud is an eternal curse. And far and above everything else... have fun.
