Others have noticed the same, to the point there's been some reporting in the media on the subject. It appears that Xitter have noticed the sudden exodus of advertisers (ie, their real customers) and decided that to be more ad-friendly they need to get rid of all the sex. So any user with sexy content is being auto-classified as such and subject to shadow bans. They are 'pulling a Tumblr.'

i personally never bothered with twitter as i saw this coming years ago.
