How have I not heard about this movie till now!?!?!?!?
Holy crap it is one of the most adorable and funny 3D animated movies I have seen in YEARS!

It basically plays out like a military-buddy 1980s style action team movie, but the main characters are all anthro sea lions!
It has big names like J.K. Simmons, and Dolph Lundgren (as a literal dolphin), The singer 'Seal' as a seal, and Patrick Warburton, and Richard Horvitz, to name a few.
Has a great synthwave soundtrack, the animation style is almost stop-motion, and it has bad guys that are actual bad guys.
My god! It is better than ANYTHING Disney/Pixar has released in years!

But yeah, movie does look pretty awesome. ^.^
It is now one of my favorite 3D anthro movies.
They managed to anthropomorphize sea lions and made it work brilliantly with the whole flippers thing.
I've watched the movie 3 times and squee'd all 3 times. It is so god damned adorable! I want to buy a bunch of sea lion plushes and just hug squish them. lol
