Nope I've had one! I just created an account and never gave it a try. Trying to see if I make the jump.

I never did social media but I know a telegram group of 170+ people thats all on bluesky. Ever since I joined I get a lot of random people on the front page as well that all actively use bluesky. I dont think I seen a single 'normie' yet. And adult artwork is accepted. Despite me not being active, I think furries are very active there.
