Terms of Service

These terms apply once you commission me, please take a moment to read them if you plan to!

General

You must be 18+ to commission me
Please allow one week of no communication before contacting me to ask for updates
^{I will communicate with you and give you updates as I make progress on your commission, but if I have not for 7+ days feel free to check in.}
Edits can be requested, but will incur a fee after a point. Errors on my part will be fixed free of charge
^{Changes are free during the sketch phase, unless you have requested more than one additional completely new sketch, after which each completely new sketch requested will incur a fee of 25% the commission price. Edits and changes requested after the sketch phase will incur a fee proportional to the scale of the change. Minor changes will be free.}

Payment

Payment through Paypal in USD
Payment is accepted in full upfront or half after the sketch is approved, and the other half once finished
^{Unwatermarked, full-res files will not be sent until full payment is received. Payment plans can be worked out for all commission types.}
Refunds are accepted until after a certain point
^{Full refunds are allowed during the sketch phase but after a sketch is approved, only a partial refund proportional to the completion of your commission is possible. After I am halfway complete with your commission, refunds are not accepted. If I cannot complete your commission for any reason, I will refund you.}
A deadline of within one week will incur a scaling rush fee of a percentage of the commission price
^{Same day (May not be possible, I will let you know): 300% One day: 200% Two days: 170% Three days: 150% Four days: 125% Five days: 100% Six days: 70% Seven days: 50%}

Rights and Permissions

I retain my rights to the art
I have the right to decline a commission for any reason
Refunded commissions may be altered and recycled for my own use
You may:
- Use the commissioned art for personal use
- Repost with credit
- Make edits
You may not:
- Use the commissioned art for commercial use
^{Unless this was previously discussed and we have a contractual agreement.}
- Use the art for hate or harassment
- Train AI with my art
- Claim my art as your own
