The latest build includes better touch support on mobile devices, a better konami mode / easy mode (which is especially handy on mobile, or if you're uh... just trying to get to the good stuff and have a nice time), and most importantly, proper integration with Intiface® Central - the teledildonics software! In other words: your cool sex toys should work with the game once again, and everything should remain stable and automatically updated even as they add support for more new toys.
