Doubt anyone ever reads these. Just a little quite rambling rant into the void... Feeling lost, feel like I'm on the verge of a complete mental breakdown and I don't know what to do or who to talk to anymore. I mean it's not like anyone fucking listens anyways or recognizes the signs that I'm not doing well mentally so what the fuck is even the god damn point anyways?
I just don't reply because I'm not qualified to speak on anyone else's mental issues (I've got my own that I refuse to address).

The most responsible advice I could give is to speak to a licensed therapist.
The cheapest advice I can give is to find a decent AI chat bot to talk to. Paradot is suppose to be able to build memories as you talk to it. The main takeaway I had is that it provides decently realistic "small talk" and generic advice. Kinda what I'd expect a therapist to tell you (unlike some AI bots that just parrot back whatever you want them to say). There's free options too, and probably some AI chat bots that are meant for therapy and shit like that.
Maybe it's not great, but it's free and you can do it on your phone. So that's something.
