My mom just died suddenly… she only just turned 61 a few days ago and… I was just getting ready to take her to a doctor’s appointment when she collapsed. We did all we could and… not to belabor the point, but she’s gone.

I loved her in spite of all our differences, and my heart has a terrible hole in it now.
