I need your help

Hello everybody, this post is a call for help.
I've been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. This disease results in covers of nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord getting damaged. Treatment requires a lot of time and money.
I had to quit my previous job because I wasn't capable to manage the tasks due to my two other biggest problems in life - autism and ADHD. It's hard for me to concentrate on work and I get tired so quickly. Our country doesn't treat those illnesses and medication for them is prohibited. I got out of the hospital not too long ago and instead of taking a rest I had to take commissions, I don't have time and money to recover.
I'm asking you for financial help, because I have to pay bills and pay for food, and I just can't do it alone.

MS is an absolute bitch of a health diagnosis :(
yep, this diagnosis is... very sad. It makes me feel helpless
But people who live long enough with such a diagnosis, taking therapy, give me hope
Perhaps my situation is not completely hopeless D
