If you're still using the classic FA skin, it's still a +watch button up top by the journals, favorites, gallery, and scraps tabs.

I don't know much about the new skin / UI. However, if you're browsing and not logged in, it won't show up. It should be somewhere if you are logged in, however. Perhaps try a different browser?

I...didn't know i could change the skin so i...think i'm using the default skin also well heh...I mean i couldn't make this journal if i want's logged in. I....hope. would be worrying if could do this while logged out. also you helped me remember should post a link to the reference image i took of some random persons profile.

Well, if you look while logged out or on a different browser (which isn't logged in, so you don't have to log out in case you don't have your password) and it looks the same, that is the new "default" skin I don't have much experience with. But if your logged in skin is different and like the old school FA, that should have the +watch in the same spot by the tabs. If not, start checking if you're using browser extensions or adblock, and if toggling them off helps it reappear. (I don't use either, so do not know how to do so, sorry.)
