Maybe put the nsfw art in scraps?

This is a different story. As far as I understand, when publishing art, it will not be visible to everyone, you just need to go to this section. That is, I need to somehow inform subscribers about the release of new artwork or they would periodically check there. Additionally, I use the Scraps page more as an archive where I post things that were, but I do not want to delete them (raffles, YCH, etc.)

I don't mind posting NSFW art to my gallery, I'm just asking if it's convenient for my subscribers :D

You don't see NSFW content by default, as far as I know. You need to toggle it on in your settings... otherwise those Images won't appear for those users.
So... well... personally I do not understand people who are bothered by NSFW Images as it was THEIR decision to turn it on? That in mind, I wouldn't worry about it that much. Especially if you are only planning on it on a few rarer occasions... and not on a daily basis. Given that, I would just continue with a single account. But those are just my own thoughts. :D

It is something different should you consider very heavy kinks, though. Then I would recommend a separate account, 'cause users can't filter specific tags out inside their news feed, when they watch you. This way you could lose watcher who don't mind or even enjoy casual NSFW but might get grossed out by extreme kinks.

Yeah, there will definitely be no extreme, just something a little erotic, and only occasionally :D
