After a month or so after it came out what are your thoughts?

I just don't get why they felt the need to simplify it so much. Even if they were worried about people not following the continuity from Blue World... Just keep the depth that you've established with a new narrative, guys.

The only glowing point I could see from playthroughs are the visuals. Its a pretty looking game for sure. But its like icing without the cake underneath.

Part of me does wonder if the characters in it are actually aliens and not humans. Does have a somewhat post apocalyptic feel to it.

I was so sure that the game took place inside a virtual simulation until I saw footage of the ending.

There is a silver lining at least; there could always be updates like with New Horizons.
