2024 Art Barter Price Guide [Status: Semi-Open]
Read notes towards the end thoroughly before initiating!
I will not work with:
- N@zis/Republicans/Far right
- Any kind of LGBTphobes
- Sexual Predators
- Scammers or Art Thieves (This includes AI usage)
- 'Antis'/'Anti-Shippers'
-
Base Prices:
All in USD - Paid via Amazon wishlist (see end notes for details!)
Because of the wishlist all prices are rough approximates, they may be slightly more or less depending on the item(s) asked for. I try to get within $5 of the estimated price.
Prices subject to change depending on character and pose complexity.
❗Most will not be available at any given time this is just for estimation purposes❗
Sketches may be traditional or digital depending on my mood or what is being drawn. Or you can request one or the other if you so desire. Both have minor pros and cons. I do not ship traditional artwork.
These prices are for my 'standard' semi realistic style unless noted otherwise!
🔹Clean-ish Sketch:
Waist up - 30
Full Body - 50
Extra character - 15-40
🔹Lineart:
Waist up - 50
Full body - 75
Extra character- 25-50
🔹Flat Color:
Waist up - 60
Fullbody - 90
Extra Character - 15 - 65
Very dependant on number of colors and complexitity
🔹Monochrome Shading:
Waist Up - 85
Fullbody - 150
Extra Character - 50 - 100
🔹Full Color Shading:
Waist Up - 100+
Full body - 200+
Extra Character - 75 - 125
🔹Sloppy Color Shading?*:
Unsure if this is a good option or not. Basically just slapping on some very basic and/or messy shading.
Waist Up: 75
Full Body: 110
Extra Character: 20 - 100
🔹Toony options, full body only:
Sketch: 20
Lines: 40
Shading: 75
🔹Backgrounds:
Simple:
0 - 20 Depends on if it's something like a box or gradient, which I can add in just a minute or so, or 'blurry thing you can tell is a forest/room' that takes me 15 mins to do.
Normal:
20 - 50 More details but no major line work or details.
Complex:
100+ Detailed line work like a character drawing.
Major scene:
200+
Full transparency, backgrounds are still a weak spot for me
🔹Others:
Headshot Icon Fully Rendered: 100
Simple backgrounds (like pride flags) free! Held objects may cost extra
Sketch Page:
100+ Minimum 4 sketches included
Ex:
'Two Hour Toon':
≈50
A toony full or mostly full body drawing that I will spend ≈2 hours on. Plus or minus 15 minutes depending on circumstances. How far it will be completed will depend on pose, character complexity, and other details. This is solely time based not completion! Because of how quickly it will be made there will be no wips or redoes, so give me an accurate description and/or pose reference for best results. May be completed in as little as 12 hours, or up to a week.
Upgrading:
Got a sketch and want lineart later on?
Got monochrome and want full color a few months later?
This is for you! Take the base price (assuming my prices have not changed. If they have find the new prices for the tier it will be upgraded to. This does not apply to any previous work, only stuff from this 2024 guide onward), calculate the difference between the two and add 10%
For example let's say youre upgrading from fullbody lineart to full color shading: base price is 75, the base price of full color is 200, so that makes the difference 125. 125 X 1.10 = 137.5
* The 'Sloppy Shading' option may only be upgraded from lineart pricing not its own pricing. As Id have to pretty much entirely redo the shading
Random YCHs: Most any of my generic sketches can be a YCH if you so desire! 5-20% off the final price depending on the tier you want
❗Other Notes:❗
- Characters can be human, bi or quad anthro, taurs, or mechs. Charges apply for complex designs like mechs.
- Excessive dialog/sound effects may cost 5-15 extra, especially if you want it hand drawn (most of my onomatopoeia is hand drawn for a better effect). No hard guidelines here (yet) but if you want like a full paragraphs worth of hand written onomatopoeia that will definantly cost more, as it does take time. Even text written with fonts takes time to arrange and warp for effect.
💙 Love to do: 💙
- Most kinds of tight bellies. Choose your filling!
- Slight unwilling/dubcon
- Certain noncon scenarios
- Berries
- Knotted Cumflation
- Any couple types
- Any non-homo/transphobic sexualities
- Cis, Trans, Intersex (may need reference. I'm unfamiliar with what realistic Intersex genitalia looks like), or characters with both full sets of genitals (sometimes referred to as herm, not to be confused with intersex!).
Will do, no extra charge:
- Penis/ball/breast inflation
- F/M/NB Preg
- Vore (Mouth, anal, penile)(with no shown gore/digestion). Extra character charge still applies but may change based on how much is visible. I'm not gonna charge full body price if all you can see is feet.
- Simple bondage (Just general, simple ties)
- HumanXFeral, AnthroXFeral, ect
- If its not listed specifically in 'wont do' or 'extra charge' I'm probably fine doing it. Just ask!
Will do, for extra charge:
- Popping/Gore popping
- Gory Vore/Disgestion/Internals (Extra character charges also apply)
- Complex Bondage (Reference pictures or specific names of the pose/type are a must)
- Detailed feet/paws
- Lots of obvious angry/red stretch marks. Subtle are fine but not my cup of tea.
- Transformation (if multistage/pics. Takes planning)
- Emeto/Gas/Scat
- Excessive cum
- Basically anything that will require significant extra time to draw/render/figure out
⛔ Won't do: ⛔
- Cub/Young
- Weight Gain/Health Play/Morbid Obesity
- Homophobic or transphobic crap (should be obvious 🤷🏻)
- Coprophagia or extreme scat themes
- Non-sapient ferals/quad anthros
- Real life people or animals (ei: Taylor Swift or Grumpy Cat)
If youre unsure just ask! I'm not gonna yuck your yum unless its legitimately harmful to real breathing creatures or people. If its not on the 'wont' list theres a good chance I'll consider it! Or you will help me add to the 'wont' list lol
- ❗How my payment works: ❗
I no longer want to deal with P@yP@l and the like due to their screwing over small artists. So my art will be paid for with a barter system through an Amazon giftlist. Either for items I need/want that can be purchased there or visas that I will specify what I will be using them for (usually groceries or gas).
Unfortunately this does mean I have no real way of issuing refunds, so when agreeing and purchasing the item you must understand that the trade is final. While I have previously taken way to long to do a small handful of comms rest assured I have always completed them eventually, and I plan to only take on 1-2, maybe 3 if theyre simple, at a time to avoid this problem in the future.
-Okay but *how* does that work?
I have a small tutorial image I will share with you to better visualize it, but essentially Amazon has a feature where I can add things to a wishlist and someone else can buy them, and if done correctly they're shipped directly to me. So I say 'I want this thing that costs $$, I will give you X art in return', we discuss details, agree, you buy the item(s), and once I see on my side of things that it's been bought/shipped I'll start!
- How can I contact you?
Best/preferred ways: Telegram @ JackieWildcat or Discord JackieWildcat (Jackie #4263)
Okay way: Twitter
Meh way: Furaffinity
FA works alright for initial contact but Telegram & Discord work best for image sharing. Twitter compresses images.
- Will you ever cancel a barter?
I hope not but if I find out you're some sort of n@zi or LGBTphobe I most certainly will not continue working with you, so just don't initiate with me if thats the case and you won't have a problem :D heck just get off my page plainly if you are! All regular permissions to use the art are automatically revoked in this case, if you post it it will be DMCA'd, and I may or may not reuse the art as a YCH
- How will your openings work?
I will post about them either on here or my twitter ( JackiTheDoodler ). Listing the item(s) that will need bought to pay for it. I plan on varying the type between first come first serve, my choice, YCH, and some sort of auctions to make sure different people can snag them. Or just shoot me a DM with details. If Im not busy you may just get a slot.
- When will you start the work?
When I see that the item has been bought/shipped. Or when specified.
- How long will it take?
Depending if you're first in line, it will depend on the type. A simple sketch may just take as little as a week, while a fully rendered piece may take a month or more. It shouldnt take more then a couple months unless its multiple pics.
It will vary wildly as I have no set work schedule and get caught up in house work easily.
- Can I post the art Ive commed? Use it as an icon?
Generally yes, unless specified. If it is somewhere like Twitter (and I have an account Ive posted the piece to) where you can share or 'retweet' it I would much prefer you do that so it can direct viewers directly to my account. Places like FA where that isn't possible a direct link to my profile and/or my posting of the art will be required. I will usually give a smaller, 'public' file that should be used for posting purposes. Credit is 100% required or I will DMCA you, have it taken down, and block you from my pages. I have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to no credit.
- What can't I do with the art?
You cannot: profit off of it, claim you created it, remove my signature, use it to train AI, and/or edit it without permission. Doing so will result in a DMCA takedown and a block. Possibly a beware. I retain all copyright to the art piece itself.
- Can I be anonymous?
Absolutely! My only caveat is I must be able to post it. It will just say 'for anon' in the description/title
- Can I pay in installments?
Depends whats being bought as payment and how much it is! Another thing that makes this barter system tricky 😅Anything <150 will probably be paid in one go, but over that if it has multiple items that can be divided effectively we can discuss it! If we decide to go that route it will probably be you buy X item and I complete your piece to Y level, then you buy the other part and I continue! I will expect that you are able to buy the secondary items promply though. If you dawdle I may move on to other barters or just cancel finishing it beyond that midway point.
- Can I buy other things from your list?
Please don't. If you buy something without discussing details I absolutely do not guarantee I will do your piece in return. I will not tolerate you if you try and manipulate me into drawing something that was not discussed just because you jumped the gun
📝 Etiquette for commissioning me/asking about commissioning:
💚✔ Do:
- Give me an in depth description right off the bat. The better I can see your vision, the easier it will be for me to decide if I wanna do it. Gush about the idea if you want!
- Send reference photos of poses or even 'crappy' doodles. I dont care how poorly you think you draw even a silly doodle can help me see what youre after. Heck send me other art work you want it similar too! I won't straight up copy obv but if you want something similar or related we can discuss.
- Ask for major edits at the sketch stage. The sketch stage is the easiest one to make edits on, if something is off now is the best time to change it!
- Be upfront about what you can or cant afford. I much prefer a 'sorry I cant afford that/Thats out of my budget/I can't at this time' then just being ghosted. If you cant or dont wanna buy just say that instead. If you arent rude about it I'm not gonna be offended. If you want you can even give me your budget beforehand with the idea and I'll tell you what I can and cant do with it.
🛑🚫 Don't:
- Send me a 'Hi can I ask you something?' As an opening message. I ignore 'Hi/hello' messages. Get right to your question it saves us both time.
- Be rude or demanding. Sure fire way for me to never work with you again.
- Demand perfection or minor imperfections fixed. I'm a human and my art/style has little quirks. If you dont see that before asking for art thats on you. I'm not gonna correct little scratch lines or single pixel 'flaws'.
- Ask for major edits after lines/color/shading. See above and ask at the sketch stage. The farther along the art is the harder it is to make big changes. I'm not going to spend hours fixing something, that would have taken 10 minutes if brought up earlier, unless you pay extra at that point.
If you have any other questions please dont hesitate to ask! I probably forgot something obvious ^^; and I pride myself on being open and honest.

- Any kind of LGBTphobes
