Ten months later I finally dropped a thing worth looking at.
Reasons are pretty much the same as a couple journals ago. I can't catch a goddamn break, and it's largely thanks to a brief moment of stability that we're here Now.
There have been attempts at something presentable throughout the days, but nothing really stuck. I might upload one or two just to dump them into the scrap pile if some of you are actually interested in seeing one-tenths of a piece of garbage.
As stated in the description provided here -> https://www.furaffinity.net/view/56024255/ The idea for this came from a scuffed little story I've been cooking up with the use of AI-dungeon + basic subscriber benefits. Am fairly confident I could just write the damn thing much better by myself, but writing is a lot of fucking work and I only mess around with AI Dungeon to get my rocks off for a bit now an then anyway. It's a novel toy at least, a creative tool as a distant second.
"Midsummer Camping" was built in about the span of a week, It's on the same AmbitionLevel with Fun Control and much more confident in the Lineart department. I find that I really am at my most comfortable when I do my best to close the gap between traditional and digital, with some tweaks and a lot of practice I've gotten closer to where I wanna be but it's not perfect yet.
My background is in studying and making comics after all, the only right answer is to rely on that experience.
Perhaps the day will come when I can put my practice here to use and produce a whole short-story with my favorite Eeveelutions and this dude. Man can dream, but before that happens, I gotta seriously bone up on painting environments and like "global-lighting" or something, cuz this shit ain't gonna cut it.
"Midsummer Camping" just like "Fun Control" was also rather spontaneous, and I still don't wanna make any promises on when the next one pops in. However, I haven't forgotten about the idea of exploiting the apparent void of Mewtwo content, and I've been encouraged to perhaps explore Umbreon a bit. In the latter regard I'm inclined to put thought to form since I didn't spend all that time studying cats for nothing.
Also wanna hand a little shoutout to artist "bigdad", they pump stuff out at a positively ludicrous rate and it's been a privilege to study the recorded process, gave me good ideas on what do.
Shoutout to Camotli also they came out with a fantastic Espeon animation here-> https://www.furaffinity.net/view/53579935/ actually a dream come true my god.
And lastly, thank you for taking a moment outta your day to look at my crap. I fully expected to come back to an empty follow-count so it's cool that didn't happen.
Yeah, later.
