thanks, I had hoped he would have recovered I wanted a few more years with him, he just seemed to stop eating once he became impacted, even after the blockage had cleared he really didn't want to eat anything anymore, it was a real shame. I went down on Sat Night and spent some time with him leaving the lights off giving him pets and rubbing his ears, then Sunday sometime in the morning before 4am he passed.

thanks, just wish things would have turned out differently than they did. granted that is the wish all pet owner have when they loose a loved one. :(

That is true. Has been in forever that I owned a pet myself. Daily duties simply don't really leave me the time to give proper care for one any longer. I still remember them fondly though. Animals are wonderful and clever companions after all that give us lots of unconventional love in return for us spending time with them.
