Health surprises while at work
Today going through my usual routine at work I ended up having an instance of becoming light headed, my chest hurt and it was difficult to breathe. I hadn't done anything that was super strenuous either, was some mid to light lifting and moving stuff around.
Given dad had a stroke and his mother had several heart attacks I am wondering if this maybe was a case of mild heart attack as things laster a min or 2 before things cleared up for the most part.
Maybe I am just pushing myself too hard or I have too much stress in my life lately?

If this continues to happen I would probably be a safe bet to check in with a medical professional and see what they have to say about it. This kinda stuff can becomes serious the more it happens.

I used to get this a lot, and it turned out to be dehydration.

OP
the thing is that I had been drinking plenty of water so I didn't figure that would be the case. Also things happened really early in the day ( about 2 hours in) so it was not like I had been doing things for very long.

Right? That was the same for me. What I learned is that you can't drink *only* water! My doctor told me to start drinking a gatorade every day and that completely fixed the problem.

OP
Been actually drinking gatorade for 3 weeks now on my breaks along with around 24oz or more of water in an 8 hour shift.

Alright it's probably not dehydration then. You should see a doctor!
