A couple updates for 🇺🇦, & dogs entering US from an...

Updates to the omnibus resource list have slowed to a trickle. The biggest I have lately affects anyone brining dogs into the US from anywhere, but especially those considered "high risk" for rabies, which includes Ukraine:

Not as strict as that Canadian regulation two years ago, fortunately.
And on top of the funding which finally passed our compromised Congress, Russia's also going to start funding weapons and aid for Ukraine:

On the flip side, it's weird running across a new (to me) UA artist here on FA, clicking on +Watch, and finding I'm blocked? Don't remember even running across her name before, so no clue what that's about. Oh well, fuck 'er.
