Just getting a commission rn and I noticed they've put some fraud warnings on the note system. It's an artist I've commissioned a bajillion times but I appreciate them keeping people alert.

It's funny, I work in banking and one of the questions we check people on is "Has the work been completed yet?" if they're paying for a service. Obviously that's not usual for art commissions (even professionally I believe); so obviously you need to know an artist is actually gonna get back to you, and not just take the money and run.

So, all in all, makes my job marginally easier. Not much easier, but easier nonetheless.
