Checking In/ Watcher Input!
Hey everyone! I just wanted to pop in and say how much I’ve been appreciating you all. I feel like I have such a lovely group of watchers that leave such well thought out and interesting comments and it means a lot to me. Of course, I love the short comments too! Sometimes it’s just good vibes in a few words and that’s great. I feel like you all are just so engaged that it really invigorates me to create more.
That being said, I am really curious as to what sorts of things you all like to see! Are you guys all taurs, all the time? Is it the TF stuff? Is it something else? I’m also very curious as to what other things you guys would want to see me do. For a lot of reasons, I am keeping my account safe for work, however. So, more humans to furry, human to taur, taurs with furry upper bodies? Let me know! Are there any ‘vibes’ I’m missing out on that I should explore?
ALSO. A lot of my work has been commission work lately, but I myself have characters that run more nonbinary/androgynous, potentially multi-gendered, etc. Is this sort of thing off-putting? Is this something that interests other people? I mean, I create work for myself here and there but I don’t post it as often as I used to.
So uh… the TLDR I suppose
1. I love you guys! You are awesome!
2. What do you want to see more of?
3. Is there anything that you DON’T want to see/would put you off of my work, etc?
THIS PART BELOW WILL GET DELETED LATER PROBABLY::::
My work is staying SFW if you need, I may know someone with an uncannily similar style to mine (though maybe a little different) that I could point you to… even if they haven’t posted much at all yet. -aggressively waves arms in ‘subtext’ in that ‘oh yeah I’m totally talking about a friend and not myself kind of way’- Nudge nudge. Wink. Wink. Please follow that account at your own risk, I’m not sure what sort of things uh… -they- are going to explore over there.(lol) Probably nothing TOO crazy but it will be NSFW.

Hi you <3
Always want more and more and more and more, yes.
Especially from your "Friend" mmhm.
As for what I don't want to see is
> literal years between updates and streams, smh my head.
Love your work, glad you love us as well!
But for me specifically...while I enjoy general anthro/fantasy art just fine, I'm totally here for the transformation/"post-TF" and TG stuff. That has been my jam for pretty nearly as long as I can remember, and I'm always down for more of it - and I like the low-key combination of self-discovery, adjustment, and (eventual) positivity in your approach to these things :)
(As far as specific flavors go, well, it depends on what really jives with you, specifically, but there are many, many fun flavors of TF out there in addition to taurs that may be worth dipping your toes in - heck, even plain ol' human TGTF can be fun to do! But I'll throw out "clockwork automaton" as a suggestion for something that I, myself, find strange-yet-charming. 'Course, I may be biased...)
As far as NB/androgynous characters go...I wouldn't worry about it, just post what you like. It's not something that I really "get" myself, but it's not really off-putting and certainly not something that'd get me to stop following an artist who does a bunch of other stuff that I really like ;)
Of course, I'm no engineer myself (I got as far as taking apart my alarm clock as a youngster, but not, y'know, putting it back together,) but I think it's fascinating to consider what it'd be like to be one - what if everything that made up "you" was encoded in/represented by the state of mechanisms that could be seen with the naked eye (maybe even manipulated by hand...?) Does an automaton necessarily understand its own workings? Do other people?
And how are they powered? A steampunk or fantasy setting might drive their mechanisms with appropriately-flavored phlebotinum (or not!) but if it's good ol' spring power, does that mean they have to be wound on the regular? What happens if they run down? Does their consciousness just pause?
And in a TFey context, if you were originally human, how would becoming one affect the way you saw/thought of yourself? What would it be like if you had to rely on someone else just to literally keep you going? Would that be frustrating, or would it be a way for someone else to show care for you? (Or both...?)
(Also interesting to consider that they can be gendered - to one degree or another - while technically sexless...some interesting territory to explore there.)
Design-wise, I've seen a few different schools of thought from different artists. The steampunk types tend to lean into their aesthetic - lots of gear-themed accessories, exposed joints, occasionally some "visible workings" bits - as well as the artificiality of the face (it is interesting to consider how you'd articulate that as, essentially, animatronics.)
Me, I tend to downplay that and go for a subtler classic-wind-up-doll look, but that's the influence of Nichijou and Nano Shinonome talking ;)
