i do know (scat) artists who mail stuff! i would assume trial & error on safe mailing practices, although privacy can be maintained via telegram or pp (would be a bit trust based, but i can only give my word as an artist to maintain privacy; add to my ToS or whatnot), if not, PO boxes work. packaging and who to ship thru would be more the trial & error

I've had a bunch of prints delivered to me internationally with a thick cardboard backed envelope with a plastic sleeve inside, and have never had any issues! Would love to get a traditional art comm from you!
