Allow me to educate you on just how dumb I can be. The kinda of dumb that has commissions essentially completed that I just, don't message people about because I forgot to actually charge for them for it in the first and its been a while. Dumb enough that that can be the pretty much singular reason I don't like, do many commissions because I put myself into an idiot loop where I refuse to message people because it stresses me out but then I refuse to do anything else because I haven't messaged people.

it's at least helped me open up and be less nervous when talking to people
I'm still very anxious in other ways, so I understand the struggles
