But now that car repairs and paying the IRS have bled me dry, I can start saving up to pay rent that was due 25 days ago and will be due again in 6 days.
and to pay all the bills like power, gas, water, internet, phone service and car insurance that will overdraw my account.
"Why don't you call the IRS and get a tax extention?" I did. several times. I sit on hold for 6 hours then get a person who doesn't speak English who "Can't help me"
