my first Pet was a parakeet, who i named Rocky, he loved to mimic the phone and causing mischief, now i have 4 leopard geckos, 1 male and 3 female, they are a adorable bunch..

Do geckos have names? Gosh~ my dream is a bearded dragon. But I'm not sure I can handle caring for the terarium...

at the moment, the male has a name, one of my nieces named him, she named him Thor, and caring for a Terrarium is not as hard as some might think.

My mom and I have a "unique" cat. He's a Madagascar Forest Cat that
1: Plays fetch like a dog with tin foil balls (bringing them back and everything).

2: Randomly runs around the house like his tail is on fire for seemingly no reason. (He's an indoor cat cause we have coyotes and falcons in our area that could easily kill him if he went outside)

3: Had some sort of eating disorder that made him chew on just about anything when he was young. We put a stop to that IMMEDIATELY when he almost chewed on a live wire and trained it out of him. (He was a rescue from a shelter)

I also have an uncle that had the sweetest, most lovable Komodo Dragon you can imagine. Said reptile even went out of his way to make sure you didn't accidentally poison yourself while interacting with him.

Yes, you need to keep an eye on your pets, especially if they are very curious and like to chew on unfamiliar things~ Btw, my mother’s cat chewed up her phone charger in this way... x3 And I think that the komodo dragon is a serious pet that needs proper care. Obviously your uncle is very talented at this~

You have no idea on the dragon. My uncle got him as a baby and needed a LOT of protective gear that had to be constantly washed with bleach. Over time, the dragon eventually picked up on this and took some measures of his own.

This included things like: Not eating until the person feeding him was a safe distance. Turning his head away from someone's hand while they pet him. Even slapping people with his tail instead of biting to say he wants to be left alone.

I have a dog, a sheltie, and a cat, a domestic shorthair. They get along pretty well!

Old cat, name of Dusty. Came to us at around 2 years old, already loving. he just Showed Up. This was 19 years ago, so he's 20+ years old now. his hips are bad, he's stone deaf, but still loving.
Mid Cat, name of Ivy. few-week-old street catch, this was 10 years ago. She Has Opinions about Uppies, but will take all your scritches.

I have a 19-year old orange tabby who's in good health except for being quite senile. He yells at your to pet him, then forgets that you pet him and yells at you to pet him again. Aside from his nigh-constant meowing though he's a good lad.
