Aviators is an artist I'd also recommend in general. I can't really go into detail, mostly because I myself have difficulty putting it into words and when it comes to the terminology/technical aspect of music I am functionally illiterate.

Though if you want to try something new, why not opera? There are lots of great arias, I sometimes just put Rigoletto, or Aida, or Il Barbiere di Siviglia in the background and work to that.
