I am interested but have a question. When do you take payment? If you don't start until December for example, do you take payment next week (when you first accept it) or in December (when you first start it)?

You pay at the point when you see the preview pose of animation (just before I start animate it)
(discussion -> the long wait -> I made a mock up of pose preview -> payment -> animate)
