I never knew the guy, but I knew he was an important cornerstone to FA. To those who knew him well, FWIW I'm sorry for your loss.
The whole thing is a tragedy and a crime, a crime that will go unpunished. The US healthcare system benefits those who wanted it to be that way, the rich and powerful who can afford the exorbitant prices of treatment. It kills those who can't afford it, as if it was a some fucking Darwin Award. "Oh look at you, you got ill with some horrible disease. You're so stupid, why would you get sick like that? Guess you need to pay $10000000000000000 just to ride the fucking ambulance."
If Dragoneer had been British instead, like me, he may well have still been alive. Of course, we'll never know.
I've seen some others posting details of where to find them for the latest updates, should anything happen to them too. I'm one of those people who has more or less completely separated their NSFW persona from their SFW name. I mean, the name 'ThaSecretOne' is a dead giveaway, (not to mention I'm not good at thinking of names). I do have a Discord Server though, and you can find more of my information there. Should anything ever happen to me, someone will say something somewhere, even if it takes a while to trickle down to all the nooks and crannies.
