I have tons and tons of art sitting stored away. After what happened with my FA account getting banned for a year and then having the entire account WIPED without my permission or control, I just never really saw the appeal of putting all the work in to re-upload literally over a decade of art.
I've got lots of new art in the past couple years, but again... is it even worth doing? Is it worth taking all the time to upload everything when it can be wiped without warning or chance of appeal?
Should I even bother? Would anyone care?

Overall its' your decision. Regardless I think you should at least tell us where else you're located so that we who want to see more of the work you get done, can still follow and keep up with things, because I'd love to keep up with what's been going on with your characters.
Also I do have a a couple of spare ToyHouse codes if you want one to give posting there a try. Just let me know.

It would be great to see what you got though! I know some people have been posting elsewhere and just pointing people there from FA. You've gotten awesome artwork in the past so it'd be great to see more from you!
Not a bad idea, plus it would be minimal work vs. re-upping everything to FA again...
Feels like if they don't get you for one thing, they'll get you for something else later.

Aside from the questionable policy changes that occurred over the past couple years that affected you and many artists, with the recent passing of Dragoneer, I am not so certain of FA's status. Not because I WANT or am hoping to see FA go, but (and I say this with all due respect to the recently deceased), Dragoneer was a major contributor to a portion of FA's faux pas (again all respect to the departed).
The status of the site is more in question than I think people want to admit or acknowledge, and until we know what the final status is, I must admit, even I have been on a fast track to find all the alternative sites the artists I follow are on, and saving what art I can in the worry that the site might not be around, or that artist might leave.
Will FA's ownership be transferred properly or is it now at risk of being shut down? Will any Policy changes be redacted or upheld? Will FA see a surge of problems or Fixes? Will there be a mass Exodus, or resurgence of members? Many valid questions that are tricky to answer.
Fair questions to think about when deciding to rejoin, return, or start over when it comes to FA. Just a humble lurkers 2 cents at least.
