I'll be honest here, does anyone here genuinely enjoy using Fur Affinity? Like be up front because I want to know what the hell can be enjoyed from using this website.
I have found absolutely zero joy on this website in the past 7 years of me using it...Matter a fact this website has felt the SAME for the past 7 years. I don't get how this website manages to be so ass at implementing some of the most basic features that have been talked about implementing for nearly twenty god damn years ago. Like what have they been doing? I've been wanting to quit using this site for so long now but I literally can't because for whatever reason everyone uses it and I would be doing no good to myself by leaving it. But its like where else am I going to go as a very small artist? Itaku is borderline inactive despite it being a really good website, same can be said for a lot of the other furry related websites out there, twitter is fucking twitter, BlueSky is just twitter 2.0 with less people using it and I'd rather lick an electrical outlet before using InkBunny. Like i don't want to be making a damn account for every single social media platform because that shit is just incredibly fucking annoying.
Its just be so damn tiring using this platform and I'm getting incredibly fed up with it.

And the “seeing bad art” point is not much of anything tbh lmao you’re gonna find stuff you’re not gonna like whenever you search anything
And fa just needs a damn content blacklist feature. Like i would and im sure literally everyone else on this platform would love to have one and use it. Because you gotta search for something and then look through the pig trough of fetish art that you know not everyone would like to see, you may be fine with it but everyone is different out there. WHICH might I add that people under 18 use this site and some people out there don't properly tag their art or age rating so minors are exposed to all different kinds of fetish slop because people label their fetish art as "general". Not really a good look imo.
Its not perfect but i would rather artists use this to store their stuff than literally anywhere else lmao
