Ear ache suffering

Oh no you are blowing up!
I have had a ear ache for like a day or 2 now and its just getting worse. it was getting better around 5. but now its 11:20pm and i wanna fucking die
Its not just my ear but feels like half my fucking head is just in endless pain and my ear seems to swollen the drops wont even go all the way in now. tyonal dosnt seem to be doing shit for me ether
god this all hurts so much and its just endless. only relief i get is biting down hard on my fingers as the pain is a great distraction
Has anyone else had a ear ache like this ?
also im stuck at my moms with no fucking car. and the god damn family dr she has is closed on Mondays tomorrow so fuck me! hoping we can get someone to drive me to a pharmacy and they can give me something to help me

It's not fun, but it can and will be dealt with and only improves with each day. A damp washcloth to rest your ear on should help with any drainage.
Ibuprofen works pretty well for inflamation-type pain, so I'd suggest you get some of those (especially the liquid-filled capsules, they seem to work faster) and from personal experience, it works on pain that Tylenol doesn't touch.
