We absolutely demand that every single person that can vote in this election, do so. It's not even about the Presidency. It's about your state and local elections too. It's about the House and Senate.
Sure, there may be specific topics or issues or candidates that we personally care about and would encourage you to vote for, but right now we insist that you participate in this election and do not fucking dare make any excuse as to not even try. It's one thing if you cannot vote for [reasons], it's another if you could have voted but chose not to. It's a choice we do not respect and will not tolerate.

This is all routine maintenance as required by the 1993 NVRA, signed into law by President Bill Clinton. You probably know of this law by another name, the Motor Voter Act.
California, for example, is currently in the process of removing 1.5 million such deceased or inactive voters.
It's a tactic of Voter Suppression.
In 1998, Florida purged people with names similar to those of convicted felons, 88% of which were African American.
In 2008, Georgia purged almost 100,000 registered voters because of 'disrepancies in computer records'
In 2019, Wisconsin removed 234,000 voters because a judge decided they had 'potentially moved' and didn't respond within 30 days to the mailing address on file.
In 2015, 120,000 voters were purged in New York, disproportionally Hispanic people, because a Republican appointee at the Board of Elections pulled some shenanigans.
in 2020, nine states enacted "use it or lose it" policies that automatically purge voters just because they did not vote in several elections.
Regarding what Abbott said? Why the fuck would you trust a word Abbott says. 500,000 people who "did not use it so they lose it" and "we believe they moved?" Give us a fucking break, want to bet how many of those 500,000 people did not move and should maintain their right to vote?
Never. Trust. ANY. large-scale voting purge.
