How to get more answers or comments?

The title seems weird, but I was wondering if there would be a way for me to find more lives here and elsewhere like before, having the impression that people talk to me less and less, both in comments and private messages.
I avoid RP and weird messages, but unfortunately, they are the only ones I receive in majority and it depresses me. ^^''
I was wondering if there would be a way for people to write to me more often, needing to entertain me in messages or answers, which can be attractive, funny or constructive?
On the other hand, I am very distracted and may not answer quickly or forget to answer, being often busy elsewhere, but it is in my nature and I cannot change it. So, I will try my best to answer you.

Doctoreye above me has the best suggestion so far imo, not that there's much else to do but to well, go out of your way to start the conversations with people that you want to have.
Same for my hobbies.
