Her greatest success is multiple, but I would say that Vikki's greatest success is having designed Unasai, her artificial intelligence that manages her base, being almost her only confidante and almost her best friend.
Vikki's greatest failure is being taken for a madwoman by the congress of scientists and that her inventions today are not taken seriously, even if it can help people. The problem is that scientists consider her crazy being that some of these inventions help overweight people and that will just accelerate the laziness and fattening of the world population, according to them. As a result, no scientist approves and no funding is offered to commercialize these inventions.
