By commissioning me, you agree to the following rules. If any of these rules are violated, appropriate actions will be taken.
Payment:
-Full payment is required upfront.
-Payments must be made via PayPal or Ko-fi in USD.
-All details provided through PayPal (e.g., real name, location, etc.) will remain confidential.
-If payment is made by a third party, the commissioner must provide proof of consent from the PayPal or card owner (e.g., parent, family member, friend, etc.).
-Ensure that you are certain about the commission before making the payment.
-The artist will not accept payments from individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
-The artist does not accept payments from parents or other legal guardians.
Process:
-After receiving payment, you will be sent a link to the commission waiting list. When your turn arrives, the artist will provide the sketch(es) for your approval. At this stage, you can request any changes. Once the sketch is approved, the artist will move forward with the next stage of the drawing.
-The artist will seek approval at each stage of the process. If approval is not given, work on the piece will not continue.
-Completion time can range from one day to three weeks, depending on factors such as:
*The type of commission.
*The response time for your stage approvals.
*Your position on the waiting list.
*The artist’s health.
*Other factors.
Changes to the Artwork:
-Clarity is Key: Please be specific about your requirements and request edits when the sketch is provided.
-Minor Additions: You may ask to add details that were initially requested but missed, such as forgotten markings or scars.
-Line Art Adjustments: You are allowed up to three minor changes during the line art stage. Any major changes or additional minor adjustments will incur a fee.
-Pricing for Changes: The artist will inform you of the cost for any additional changes. At the end of the commission, you will need to pay the total amount for these changes before receiving the final product.
-Final Stages: No changes can be made after the commission is colored or completed.
-Publication Rights: You have the option to refuse the publication of your commission. However, since this prevents the artist from showcasing the work as a portfolio piece, a $5 fee will be charged as -compensation.
Refunds:
-Refunds cannot be requested once the commissioned piece is completed.
-If requesting a refund, you must provide a reason to the artist.
-A full refund is only available if the commission has not yet started.
-If a refund is requested after the commission process has begun, the artist may refuse the request and continue working on the piece. If the request persists, a partial refund may be issued.
-The amount of a partial refund will be based on the progress made on the commission.
-After receiving a partial refund, the commissioner will also receive the work completed up to that point.
General Commission Guidelines:
-Right to Decline: The artist reserves the right to decline any commission without providing a reason.
-Gifting: You may purchase a commission as a gift for someone else.
-Payment and Queue: Paying more or leaving tips will not move you higher on the list. Commissions are completed in the order they are received.
-Reference Materials: A reference sheet is preferred. If unavailable, other art pieces or detailed descriptions will be accepted. AI-generated reference sheets are also acceptable.
-Respecting the Process: Pressuring or rushing the artist will not improve the quality or speed up the completion of your art. Art is a craft, and rushing it can lead to undesirable results.
-Respectful Interaction: Artists deserve to be treated with respect. Having a bad day is not an excuse for rudeness. Violating basic standards of politeness will result in a warning. Continued disrespect after -warnings may lead to the cancellation of your commission, a refund at the artist’s discretion, and, in severe cases, a ban from future commissions.
commissioners have access to the following:
-A link to the commission waiting list.
-A list of kinks the artist will or will not draw. If your specific kink isn’t listed, feel free to contact the artist privately.
-An updated price sheet.
-Links to the artist’s social media for easy communication.
-if not found all the information can be requested from the artist.
NSFW Commissions:
-Age Requirement: You must be 18 or older to request an NSFW commission.
-Age Verification: You will be asked to confirm your age upfront. Refusing to provide this information will result in the termination of the commission process, and you may be banned from future NSFW commission requests.
-Honesty Policy: Lying about your age is strictly prohibited. If discovered, you will be permanently banned from commissioning any artwork.
-Kink Requests: The artist reserves the right to decline any kink. Refusing to draw a particular kink is not “kink shaming.”
-Reference Material: An NSFW reference sheet may be requested. If unavailable, other art pieces or detailed descriptions will be accepted.
-Pricing: Some kinks may incur additional costs.
