Opening Commissions

Greetings everyone!
I'm currently opened for some commish.
How do I handle commissions?
° First, send me an e-mail with your idea and references. I will confirm if I can or cannot take your work.
° If I can, I’ll submit one or multiple sketches to you, to identify the idea.
° Once we are on the same page I’ll wait for complet payment (via PayPal) before working further and finishing the piece. The work in progress will be available via a tumblr blog to ensure feedback and exchanges during the process.
