As a frequent viewer of most of the stuff That Guy with the Glasses provides this is a really impressive comic review. There's a great use of intertextual film-bites and I love your interplay between 'yourself' and the words. It's also perhaps a given but needs to be said, it's welcome that you appear to have scripted and rehearsed it. So many internet critics attempt to wing it and it never works. Great job.

I'm working as a temp at a bookstore and honestly depressing having to put up with customers (not always teenage girls) heading straight past any of the good stuff in favor of the huge display of Twilight books we have to stock. I mean the company recognizes a cash cow when it sees it so I don't blame it in these financial climes for tapping the easily entertained demographic, but when you work with people who can't see exactly what is wrong with this series in plot, character and the message it puts out: THAT is depressing.

Honestly, any book that calls itself a saga and doesn't feature vikings in any form immediately goes on my pretentious list.
