Even though I never really got to know him, I would like to give you my condolences. Hopefully he’ll join his husband in heaven and rest peacefully.

It must have been within the last two days as I spoke with him December 1. We were talking about putting Mark's musclefur art together into a book. Now, it will never happen. Ever since Mark died, he was grieving every day. And I don't mean just being sad. He was still in heavy heavy grief even the last time we spoke.

Dineegla was a sweetie and he was my friend. I shall miss him. He is with his husband now, and I am certain he is much happier there than he was here.

Funny, I was just about to wrap his present. It's a little figurine of a bear reading a book to a moose. I guess I will keep it with me and think of him whenever I look at it.

I loved both Dineegla and Musclewolf. They were both the best hunky couple I've ever known. I already knew about Musclewolf's death at the time it happened. It sure broke my heart. Rest in peace to both of them.

May he find comfort and joy beside his husband in the afterlife :(

oh my goodness,I don't know he is,but i'm so deeply terribly sorry for his lost that he passed at such a young age,way too many good hearted/innocent people have been dying lately.

Sad news. I only talked with him briefly, I reached out, being a fellow widower. Broken Heart Syndrome is real.

Okay, a little good news in the aftermath of Michael Crisci's passing: I spoke with his friend in Michigan, Marv Bero, and he told me that one of Dineegla's neighbors took the dogs and found temporary houses for them, so they are alive! Secondly, all his art and the art of his husband have not been thrown away (phew). Another neighbor said that Dineegla's friend in Colorado might archive them; if no one can be found, I gave Marv my information so that the materials can be shipped to me and stored for a while. So, looks like the art of MuscleWolf and Dineegla Moose, as well as the stories, will be preserved. Awoo!
