I don't have time or energy to vet every single person that I draw for.
But if I find out later that an OC I drew belonged to a person who was a racist, transphobic, bigoted piece of shit? I'm deleting that image from all my socials.
Even if I spent hours upon hours making it. I don't break my principles.
This is the furry community. We are one of the biggest safe spaces for LGBTQ+ people out there. And no one should feel awkward or unsafe when it comes to viewing my work.
Hope you all are having a wonderful 2025 so far <3
EDIT:
A big thank you to all who have been supportive in the comments.
And for everyone else, thanks for giving me a list of who I should block.

"Bigoted" has also become super overused by everyone, though it's meaning can be different things that might actually make it work. The problem I have is we don't know who this was, so we have no idea who's in the right here at face value.
I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt, but I'm not gonna be backing either side until I'm told what exactly went down, and then I can bring my judgment into it with the context. Apologies if it comes off as rude or anything, I'm just super cautious after dozens of companies decided to admit to screwing over their paying customers and make things worse for more budget costs and lower payouts.
I'm always up for a healthy debate and don't care about another man/woman's sexuality. But when people start putting labels on me for being able to rebuttal their arguments it's kinda upsetting and stupid that I'm wrong and a bigot and a CIS man. Hell that last label is why I can't support the T in the LGBTQ+ because no, I'm a normal person that can accept how I was born and don't need surgery or drugs for my feefees.
I get so disappointed when someone misses the point of LGBTQ+ and thinks it's an excuse that allows them to be insulting and demeaning to everyone and think everyone must bow to their opinion. They think this is the case cause they're on Twitter and Reddit and don't realise no one cares about caring cause it's literally where hope goes to die.
And for the record, I'm also disappointed in those who use their distaste of LGBTQ+ to excuse their hatred towards such people. Using things that have nothing to do with your problems does not give you an excuse to commit racism or otherwise. Racism is racism, regardless of what side, and one side wants to use it for their own purposes, while the other wants to use it so much that it has no meaning so that they can use it however they want.
Meanwhile you have the third side that just tells the rest to shut the hell up and stop being dumbasses ruining random things for no reason because they got upset another human being didn't agree with another human being.
That's what makes the whole situation going on in the world so stupid. No one wants it, everyone who's fighting for either side of it doesn't want it continuing, and the ones who want it more are so dumb they don't realise they're their own worst enemy, and to this day, would make anyone from 20+ years ago looking at what's going on be so damn disappointed that had they had the choice after seeing it, would've probably made certain we'd never have gotten to the point that has allowed us to even be in this situation. It makes me so upset that I had to grow up and realise that literally nothing makes sense anymore and that anything that is unbelievable is more believable than what has actually happened. That's why I find it just saddening.
Bigoted is the correct choice of word.
The point of this journal is that if I find out I drew anyone's OC who holds those kinds of values, I'm removing their art without a second thought in case anyone is all, "hey! where'd that one picture go?"
I don't know if you're one of them, you're probably not, but people like me have been burned about 50 times in the past few years alone in the exact same situations over and over by the exact same words at random times. So seeing words being thrown out at random without any information as to what actually went down makes me nervous.
How can you even check for that?
