New Year, New Commissions

Receiving Transmission...
Its a new year and that means I'll soon be opening commissions again very soon. I just need to finish up the last commission in the queue, then I will announce new spots. And this year, I'm going to be trying out a new method for handling commissions.
What I'm going to do is make a 10-slot queue for regular commissions, and three slots for comics. Yes, comics are back on the menu this year for those who wanted to get them. Anyway, once the slots are full I'll begin work on clearing them. But this time, as I clear the slots, I'll move the queue up and put the newly-emptied slots at the end of the queue. At this point it is available either to the first first-time commissioner, or the first individual who notes me about it.
I'll not make announcements regarding these fresh slots, so you'll just need to check the queue on my commission list on my FA profile page. The same rules will apply to the comic slots: as soon as a comic series is done, the queue moves up and the new open slot goes at the back. If there aren't any open slots in the queue, then there aren't any, so you don't need to ask about them.
On the subject of comics: while I am accepting them again, I will have a few rules with regards to what comics I'll take. Firstly, I'll only accept comics that are at most 4 pages. I might accept more if its a *really* good theme or its a comic series of mine that you might want to sponsor, but otherwise its 4 pages tops. I will also only accept a comic if there is a script for the pages, or at the very least a rough outline of each. And also be sure that you can actually afford all the pages (which are $75 more or less per page).
And while I'm doing commissions, I'm going to this year try and do more personal artwork in between so there might be some delays. I'm still careful about letting commissions become a drudge for me.
So that's what lies ahead for this year. Keep an eye out for when I eventually post the journal announcing the new slots. Let's see how this new method goes, ja?
If you got any questions regarding any of the above, feel free to comment or note me about it!

Never commissioned anything before, but I have a concept based on two of your previous pics I want to see.
So here’s hoping.
On that note, I hope you do receive more commissions for others to sponsor your own Artwork. I know I'd do it myself if I could afford any of it. It's not your prices that are the problem, it's my finances. (So much recovery.) I still want to ask about making more Ref Sheets like I said a while ago. And if I was to ask for Comics, I'd only ask for your ideas. I actually have no ideas of my own right now. Besides, if I did I'd wait still. I want to see more of your world building and character development first.
And I have one question: Since you're opening up Comic commissions again, does this mean you're not doing a big comic project this year? I'd think that'd be too much for you, with new commission slots opening up regularly. Including for comics.
