Commissions Open & Tech Problems, My Beloathed

As the title says, I'm opening my commissions again!
The bad news is that my drawing tablet's USB port is finally starting to give out after a years of getting (accidentally) bumped and jostled every now and then, and I have a feeling it's going to need repairs or replacing fairly soon (it's already randomly disconnecting and causing issues at the moment, but it's not too unbearable, yet).
So basically, if you do plan on commissioning me in the near future just please be aware that my drawing tablet is liable to kick the bucket for good at any moment, and I probably won't have any solid idea as to how long it might take to get things back up and running again.

It's a medium Wacom One tablet. From what I've looked up online the best solution for fixing a scuffed USB port is opening it up and soldering the wires(?), which I definitely wouldn't be able to do myself.

Do you have some place I can contact off FA? Like Telegram or Discord? I'm not a fan of FA's note system, and communicating commission details through the comments isn't very effective.
