I make lavish use of chicken soup when ill.

I don't know what you mean by spice, but I do us generic cold remedies.

For now, I am mending.

Stuff like red pepper on pizza, or black pepper on most anything potato or egg-based. I find some spice helps clear the sinuses.

I cannot tolerate hot spices.
Like, at all.

They cause me so much pain due to the auto immune disorder that I have long since learned to avoid them.

I cannot develop a tolerance for spices, and painful attempts have taught me not to try.
