Life has been kind of rough lately.
I could use a few words of encouragement.
I hate sounding like a damned broken record.
But its been hard to hold my head up and keep mushing on.
Depression is a rotten bitch...and shes been sitting on me heavily.
Its getting increasingly hard to get out of the house and just look up at the sky.
The problem is partly medical- legs are stiff and swollen.
I'm just not getting enough exercise.
I still matter, don't I?

Also, get your vitamin levels checked, could be having the "sads" from being inside too much and not getting enough Vitamin-D. I dealt with anxiety and depression for years and terrible pills just to find out it was all a vitamin deficiency from being a gothy little night-ferret.

Of course, ya gotta eat healthy to support your body.
• Protein to build muscle and support healthy hair and nails
• Omega-3s for a healthy brain
• Calcium for healthy bones
• Iron for healthy blood
• Fruit for energy and digestion
• Fiber (water soluble and insoluble) to keep you cleaned out
• Vitamin A for healthy eyes
• Antioxidants for a strong immune system
• Lots of water to stay hydrated.
Sunlight will help you produce the vitamin D you need to digest calcium.
Not that it's any of my business, but do you take anything for the depression? (I can make several recommendations based on my own experience...heh)

Look up chair exercises. They'll help you get your movement regimine in with support.

Your stuff still holds up, and I think it means a lot when I get to get something, even if just a character, from an artist whose work I enjoyed long before I was able to do much more in the fandom than just lurk.
