[IMPORTANT] You Matter.

To whoever finds this, whether you are a friend, a watcher, a lurker, or just someone passing by, I have something very important to tell you: You matter.
It doesn't matter if you think you don't matter, if other people think you don't matter, or if you somehow think that the creator of all existence thinks you don't matter specifically because you masturbate to weird gay furry porn. Even if nothing mattered, you would be free from objective meaning and allowed to decide that for yourself that you subjectively matter. You matter, no matter what. Do not let anyone else, most especially not any government, tell you otherwise.
Your existence, your story, your life, they all have a purpose, even if you cannot see it yet. Your weirdness, your fursonas, your OCs, your kinks and fetishes, your strange arousal over characters losing their dimensions, these are not accidents, mistakes, or flaws. They are part of something greater.
I will not tell you whether you should believe in a higher power or not, I'm sure a lot of you are quite sick of the idea, especially considering all the hate the so-called people of faith spew, especially considering all the suffering in the world, and most especially if you feel that you were given a shit hand in life. But know this: if a higher power exists, believe that they love you, no matter how paradoxical it may seem right now. If you are not inclined to believe in such a bold claim, then understand that there is freedom in choosing to love yourself and others and by continuing to live as a rebellion and as your own act of creation in this seemingly absurd and meaningless universe.
You will likely not immediately get what I'm trying to say, but I hope that you will one day find the answer for yourself. It may take some time and it may take some suffering, but believe that it will come to you one day, no matter how bleak or hopeless things may seem right now or in the future. Until then, never give up, never surrender!

Others do matter, deserve better, and need to hear this though.
But this was nice to see honestly, especially since I'm in a really rough spot right now. Well, it's been really rough for a couple years, and have a lot of self doubt and depression but I just hope things will be better soon
And thank you too, for sharing your art throughout all these years. I might never have discovered this community and started sharing my own toony art if it weren't for you and others doing so before me!
Honestly, the best thing to do is just make the art you want. Commissions are great for earning money, fanart is great for building followers, but its the art that you really wanna do and the stories that you really want to tell that will be the most fulfilling! I have a lot of art that I haven't shared with anyone else yet, but the act of making them has still been very fun. Even if I do share those pieces, and even if they get completely ignored, it will still have been worth the effort and worth something to me.
It doesn't matter if you follow your dick or follow your heart, whatever you make will be meaningful art!
