Talk to the endodontist again. There shouldn’t be any nerves left to feel anything with.

To be fair I'm not sure it's the inside of the tooth that hurts or the surrounding area, and there was a bit of nerve still alive they had to remove so maybe whatever it connected to hurts..
But fair if it doesn't go away soon I'll bring it up on Friday at my follow up, that's a bit concerning if it's not supposed to have anything

Soreness around it, have you tried anbesol or whatever other topical numbing agent is available where you're at?

I had a colleague who had this issue recently, turns out an abscess had formed, they had to get a follow up treatment/clean out. :>

Yikes!! I hope it’s not that. It’s been a lot better today but I’m keeping an eye on it.
