‼️ Important announcement regarding my freelance business, read if you plan to get a commission from me in the future ‼️
TL;DR - I will have to pay quite expensive, reoccurring taxes for my income from now on, and due to that I will most likely open more commission slots in order to avoid rising my prices too soon after I already did so, as well as allow payment options via Artistree and VGen in order to cover the extra tax PayPal takes per each commission that I'm paid for (you will pay a small extra fee to cover the PayPal tax; ex for a 85 euro bust, you will most pay around 5 extra euros that PayPal would normally take away from said 85 euros). The payment options via Artistree and VGen are OPTIONAL, and you don't need to make an account on any of these platforms in order to commission me (they work via an email link).
Hi everyone! In the upcoming days or weeks I will be informed about some new reoccurring taxes that I will have to pay for the income that I earn, which means things will get more serious for me. Due to the taxes I'm expecting to be quite high, I will most likely have to either increase my commission slot numbers, or raise my prices. Given that I have already increased prices very recently I will avoid doing so for the time being, and instead focus on making more commission slots, YCHs and auctions available (of course in a manner that hopefully won't make me lose my hands or sanity from overwork)
Another important aspect in working in a more efficient way is to avoid the transaction fee that PayPal adds per each commission that I get paid for. To avoid such a fee, I will be investing time in making commissions be available to order via sites such as Artistree (and possibly VGen as well), which offers you the option to cover the PayPal fee (this means that alongside the price you pay for your commission, the PayPal fee will be added in that sum [on Artistree, you will see it listen below before you pay]). As an example, for a 85 euro bust, you'll pay extra 5 euro to cover the costs for my PayPal taxes. This payment type is optional for those who can afford the extra sum of money added to their original sum, and you can opt in to pay directly via PayPal invoices, which will not cover the extra fee and will therefore keep your paid sum as seen in my commission price guide.
When I will open commission slots, alongside my normal way of taking them (aka via DMs on social media or Discord), I will make them available via Artistree/VGen as well, and you can choose which way to commission me at your leisure!
